Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped with tracking through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging

We take pride in carefully packaging all collectibles and trading card products to help ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery Responsibility

Caden’s Collectibles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, lost packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue and assist accordingly.
